Public Body approved status often facilitates undertaking adoptable works for the private sector schemes by reducing the number of parties required on site at any one time.

Hopwood Hall College, Rochdale

Following the demolition of an existing college building on the site, we were appointed as Principal Contractor to construct a new car park inclusive of lighting, CCTV security with ANVR, security fencing to the perimeter and security barrier system when entering/exiting the car park.

UNITE, Student Accommodation, Bristol

This project comprised of the construction of 484 self-contained bedrooms in cluster Flats and Studio apartments over 8 storeys with D2 space and refurbished a public thoroughfare. The site, was the Former ‘Bristol Entertainment Centre, the Ice Rink was removed with the O2 Academy remaining operational throughout the works. Hovington were employed part way through the project due to the initial groundworks contractor being unable to complete the works.
